From M5 (South-West of England)...

From M5 motorway, take the Junction 23 turn off, signed for Wells.

Continue following the signs for Glastonbury and Wells, along the A39.

At Glastonbury, follow the A39, bypass around the town, to Wells.

Once at Wells follow directions to Bath (A39)

When you reach Green Ore, turn right at traffic lights onto the B3135.

At the crossroads at the end of this road, turn left onto the B3139.

Follow this road to the end. Turn right and immediately left at the junction with the A37.

You will pass through Chilcompton and will eventually reach a large roundabout on which you turn left on the A367 to Bath (approx 7 miles).

Drive through Radstock, around Peasedown St. John and on to Bath.

On reaching Bath, follow signs for the city centre. Drive across two roundabouts and then down a hill, on a short stretch of dual-carriage way - be careful as there is a strict 30 mph speed limit on this road!.

Continue down Wells Road to bottom. This is a roundabout with railway arches across it.

Take the third exit off the roundabout (after the turn over the river!)

Follow this road round, with river on your left.

Take turning on right, by Avon Guest House, into Pulteney Gardens.

Lynwood House will be on your left after you turn the corner.

Pull up outside and ring door bell. Once you have unloaded your car, we will arrange parking.
